OUR STORY
Garcia Products was Founded in 2020 in Chilliwack B.C. with the hope of bringing an authentic taste of Mexico to our community. The founder of Garcia Products was born in a small town in Mexico, where tortillas are being made fresh every single day, and can be found on almost any street corner. It was with this in mind that inspired the creation of Garcia Products. All of our products are made using traditional Mexican recipes with fresh, local ingredients.
"WHAT IS NIXTAMAL?"
Nixtamalization is a traditional process used in Mexico where corn is stripped from the cobs, cooked, dried, then ground with volcanic stone into a fine masa dough. This is the first step in the corn tortilla making process and the secret behind our flavourful tortillas and tortilla chips!
